Straightforward pricing
Most firms make you book a call to hear a number. Here's ours: priced by accounts and transaction volume, so you can see where you land before we ever talk.
For solo operators keeping it lean
For established businesses with real volume
For businesses with crews, subs, and volume
Flat monthly · No setup fee · Month to month, 30 days' notice · Autodraft on the 1st, receipt emailed automatically
Year-end 1099 filing: $25 per form, available on any plan.
These are our current rates, and they won't stay this low. The rate you join at is locked for 12 months, in writing, and never changes after that without 60 days' notice.
Behind a month or behind six, the price is the same: every account reconciled to the statement, duplicates gone, miscategorized transactions fixed, and a P&L you can finally trust.
For scale: it's common to see $2,000 to $5,000 quotes for a year of catch-up, or hourly billing at $75 to $120 with no cap on the hours. Ours is flat, and it does not grow after we start.
A real cleanup is a serious, multi-week project, so we take three cleanup projects per month, no exceptions. If this month is spoken for, your written quote stays good for 60 days and you get first claim on next month.
Books more than 6 months behind get an honest quote up front, before you commit to anything.
Sound familiar?
None of that means you're bad at business. It means you're busy running one. The books are our job.
What you get, every single month
Every bank and credit card account reconciled to the statement, to the penny. Every transaction categorized for your business. By the 15th: profit & loss, balance sheet, and a short note in plain words on where the money went and where you stand.
A month behind or six, we rebuild your books to bank-statement accuracy. Duplicates gone, miscategorized transactions fixed, and a P&L you can finally trust. $1,000 flat. Details above.
If you pay subs, you know the January scramble. We collect W-9s up front, track payments all year, and file your 1099s on time, every January. $25 per form, available on every plan.
From "months behind" to "handled"
Email or call, whichever you prefer. We reply within one business day. No pitch, no pressure, and if we're not the right fit for your business, we'll tell you so.
You grant view-only access to your QuickBooks (takes two minutes, revocable anytime). We take a look and send a flat quote in writing, good for 60 days. Documents move through a secure portal, and billing is a simple autodraft on the 1st.
Reconciled accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and a summary in plain words, every month. Set your watch by it. Have a question? Email your bookkeeper and get an answer, not a ticket number.
The fine print, in big print
Who's on your books
B.S. in Business, The University of Texas at Dallas · Honors MBA, Western Kentucky University
Your books don't go to a rotating pool, a queue, or an offshore team. They go to Sarah. She's the detail-obsessed type who reconciles to the penny and treats "close enough" as a personal insult. That's exactly who you want on your numbers.
QuickBooks Online is the only tool we work in. Specialists are faster, sharper, and harder to surprise than generalists, and your books get the benefit.
Questions owners actually ask
We keep your books accurate all year. Your CPA uses those books to file your taxes. We don't prepare taxes or give tax advice, on purpose: it means clean handoffs and no turf wars, and your CPA will be glad you hired us.
Yes, that's our specialty, and there's no judgment here. Cleanup is $1,000 flat for books up to 6 months behind, quoted in writing before we start. Further behind than that? We'll give you an honest number up front.
No. We're based in Frisco and work with businesses anywhere in Texas. Documents move through a secure portal, meetings happen on Zoom, and your books don't care about the miles.
No. We handle the transition: we review your current QuickBooks file, flag any issues, and pick up cleanly. Plan on under two weeks, and your old bookkeeper never has to take an awkward call from you.
Two numbers: how many bank and credit card accounts you have, and how many transactions run through them. That's why the tiers above are listed by exactly those numbers. Your quote is confirmed after a quick look at your QuickBooks file and locked in writing.
Yes. You grant us access to your QuickBooks Online, which you can see and revoke anytime. Documents move through an encrypted portal instead of email, we never store your banking logins, and we never hold authority to move your money. Ever.
No. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Your books and your QuickBooks file are always yours, fully up to date on the day you go.
No, and you want it that way. We record and reconcile everything, but you keep full control of your money. We coordinate with your payroll provider so it all lands correctly in the books.
QuickBooks Online is the only tool we work in, on purpose. If you're on spreadsheets or QuickBooks Desktop, we'll tell you honestly whether moving makes sense and what it would involve. No pressure either way.
We reply within one business day, and most businesses are fully onboarded in about two weeks. The one bottleneck: cleanup projects are capped at three per month, so if you're behind, it's worth reaching out sooner than later.
You already know whether you need a bookkeeper. When you're ready, email or call. We reply within one business day, no pitch, no pressure. If we're a fit, your books can be current in about two weeks.
Email usSend them our way. When they become a client and complete their first month, we send you $250. No cap on how many friends you send.
